Can I move from Zoho Books to Matrix?
Yes. Matrix's opening balances screen takes your balances and open invoices and bills at a date you choose, so you can switch at the start of a month or quarter.
Does Matrix lodge BAS?
Matrix prepares your BAS with workpapers today, and lodging it straight to the ATO is coming on the Business Pro plan. Zoho Books prepares the BAS for you to lodge on the ATO's portal.
Do I need a separate CRM with Matrix?
No. Matrix's CRM — pipeline, deals, activities and reminders — is part of the same product, on the same contacts your invoices go to.
